Project Synopsis: A redesigned 25-unit employee rental housing facility serving Aspen Skiing Company's seasonal workforce. The original building was destroyed by a construction fire in the spring of 2008, and in order to meet an incredibly tight construction schedule the Aspen Skiing Company partnered with the City of Aspen, ModSystemSB and TKGA to construct a new building that would be fully operational by Decmeber 2008.
