SUSTAINABILITYWith LEED Accredited professionals on staff, and having experience with some of the most stringent efficient building codes in the United States (Pitkin County, CO and the City of Aspen), TKGA considers resource responsible design and efficient energy use to be a common sense design solution. TKGA has successfully completed the first LEED platinum multi-family project in Colorado, one of only six in the country at the time of certification, and has a second project currently under review for LEED certification. |
