Theodore K Guy AIA PE LEED

President

Practicing Architecture for over 37 years in and around Colorado's mountain resort communities, Ted brings a holistic design perspective and expertise to each project. While focusing on design, building systems, structural engeineering and land-use issues are Ted's strengths, his personal passion is solving the peculiar challenges involved in designing entry level housing in our small mountain resort communities.

Ted is a licensed Architect in Colorado, Arizona, Pennsylvania and North Dakota, and as a Professional Engineer in Colorado and North Dakota. Ted is also certified as LEED Green Associate.

Ted has a 5-Yr Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champagin and spent his junior year studying abroad in Versailles, France. Ted also serves as a member of the Basalt River Action Committee and has previously served on the Eagle County Roaring Fork Planning and Zoning Commission, the Basalt Sanitation District and the Mid-Valley Metro District. In his free time, Ted likes to ski, kayak, and travel to France and Brazil.
